Paper FormattingPDF submissions are preferred, however Postscript submissions will also be accepted so long as all fonts required to view the document are embedded. Papers should be prepared following the formatting guidelines for ACM SIG Proceedings (see below), and authors are strongly encouraged to use one of the existing templates. When printed using this formatting full papers should be no longer than 8-10 pages, and short papers should be no longer than 2 pages. Where full papers tend to involve fully fledged discussions and analyses, short papers are better suited to specific issues or aspects of hypertexts. Short papers tend to be both less formal and a higher proportion of short papers are accepted for the conference than are full papers. The strict SIGS style should be used, and the following files are available from ACM. |
